What is the fee for an NSF cheque?
The fee of $25.00 will be charged.

What is the charge for an overdue account?
A rate of 2% per month will be charged (compounded daily-26.82% per year) on a monthly basis.

What will happen to my service if my account is overdue?
Regular service might be suspended and you will be left with active 911 Emergency.

How is call forwarding billed?
Access to call forwarding costs 25 cents per month. 2500 minutes is allotted and each additional minute is 15 cents a minute. If chosen number is long distance, then a 15 cent per minute rate will be charged plus the long distance charge associated with the destination. Most North American long distance forwarding is 6-8 cents.

What can affect my signal strength for service?
uWho provides the best service available. Some factors do affect service, these include:
Lay of land can affect service such as being in a low valley or sitting at the bottom of a well.
Building interiors can affect signals.
Being on the fringe of service signals.
Certain municipalities may impose controls in certain areas.
Underwater, might need a new phone. -
What charges apply if I receive a long distance call?
Airtime only.

What is Caller Display?
Caller display happens when you receive a call. The name of the caller will show in your phone’s display. This is useless if you can not see the display on your phone. The charge for call ID is $6.95 and can be seen easily with the 330GSM phone

What do I do to use my voice message for the first time?
Once you have subscribed to the service you will receive a temporary code to access your voice mailbox. The passcode is generally 1234 You will be asked to enter your own new code to access your voice mailbox.

Yes once your message starts playing you can:
Press 1 to go back a few seconds
Press 11 to go back to the beginning of the message
Press 111 to go back to the previous message
Press 2 to pause and to resume
Press 3 to go forward a few seconds
Press 33 to go to the end of the message
Press 77 to erase while listening to the message
Press 5 the caller’s number will appear as well as time and date of the call
Press 7 to erase message
Press 9 to save the message

Can I access my cellular voice mail from another phone?
Yes, simply dial your cellular number. When you here the greeting, press”#”. You will be prompted to enter your code then you will need to press “#” again. You can now access your messages as if you were on your cell phone.

What is “u TELL A FRIEND”?
If you recommend our service to your friends and they activate the service with us, we will give you 100 minutes of local call time per friend. You can have up to 10 friends per month for up to 1000 free minutes of local calls. Just simply have your friend give your uWho Wireless phone number when they activate. It is just that simple.

What is “uWho Dial-Around”?
Dial-Around is long distance service for to all of Canada, U.S.A. and the United Kingdom. The rate is just 5 cents a minute anytime of the day and any day of the week. You can access this service from your cell phone, your home phone, your office phone and from any other phone you tell us. (Great service for your kids at college or even your parents) You simply dial the local access number to your location then enter the long distance number. Most folks enter the Dial Around number in the speed dial of your phone to keep it simple.
